In Memory Of: Doug Low

Doug Low has been a very active member of the FVRR, especially on the tack gang, for the last few years.  He helped us both physically out on the track and was helping us network with his many years experience in the professional railroad world.  His jovial attitude and energetic support of all that we do will be greatly missed.
